RETURN POLICY
At GrillBuddy™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
