Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

GrillBuddy™ uses Shopify to provide and operate its online store.

While Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that powers our Services, all purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and GrillBuddy™.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or disputes arising from transactions conducted between you and GrillBuddy™.

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, GrillBuddy™'s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which GrillBuddy™ provides products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or purchases made through GrillBuddy™ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
