Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Belgium: 5–12 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

From time to time, GrillBuddy™ may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable conditions will be clearly displayed on the website.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by GrillBuddy™.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
GrillBuddy™ is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
